A great all around date night. Did not feel like a chain restaurant at all. The food was very good and the ambiance was perfect. Great experience at the Macaroni Grill. Had a relatively large party of 7 and our server was great and extremely attentive to our needs.
Food was great and we were even serenaded by some carolers that stopped by which was a nice addition to our holiday night out.
Great food and Attentive wait staff. The first time I went to this location to food was excellent but it was also at night. Second time was with my family the chicken on my salad was dry and my parents in-laws sent their food back because the pork chops were too tough Price's are a little pricey for lunch especially given all the other restaurants in the area.
I may give them another try. Not going back. Host sat us at a booth in the bar. There were plenty of seats in the restaurant. I was on a date and my date was disappointed.
My service rating was low simply because our server appeared to be new. She was unsure of the menu, the appetizer ordered never materialized, there was too little checking in for drink refills, etc. However, she was friendly, and could become more skilled if helped to do so. Great restaurant, food and atmosphere. I haven't been back for while but will return again in the near future.
Kristy was a great waitress. Very helpful and friendly. Everything was pretty great. It is a bit expensive. Excellent service, including arranging for piece of birthday cake for impromptu celebration. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Great happy hour prices and our meals we just the right portion and delicious.
Certainly will be back. I reserved a table for a party of 20 for a work event. It took over 2 hours for our food. The waiter was never around, I had to chase him down several times. When one of my employees asked if she could order 90 minutes after we sat he said "what is the hurry are you going somewhere? Once the food arrived, the food was cold, has incorrect sides etc. My Mahi was as dry as a shoe and the steak of my coworker was burnt. I actually thought this was a joke and a set up.
For a big chain, you should shut this place down a total nightmare. The portion size was smaller than expected for the price. Food was good. I would recommend Macaroni Grill for value and the lobster bisque but the service was terrible for our lunch time table for eight Drinks not refilled, waited for a long time for refills.
Had to call the wait staff over to get drinks. No offer of parmesan. Only half the table offered pepper for olive oil. One person's from order not taken until it was pointed out to staff. The server was very nice but rushed us. I think the Olive Garden is just as good and less money. We dined with friends the evening of Mother's Day. The place was packed when we arrived, but many left while we were there.
Service was slow but excellent. We we served our bread, wine, salads. Our waiter was in constant communication. When my three companions mentioned they had to be home to see Game of Thrones, the waiter checked on the entrees and said they would not be ready in a timely manner.
He suggested some small plates. We ordered soup to finish our meal and the check. Fettuccine Alfredo was way too salty. The food was amazing but the service was something to be desired.
People should be excited to be getting back to work and to be able to serve their customers. There also was no bar available and only 3 beer options in the bottle which were all domestic. Beverages were definitely sub-par. I know we need to cut them some slack regarding getting re-staffed but restaurants have been back open for a while now.
I hope they can get up to speed soon. It was our first time dining at this location. The staff was friendly and when my dinner was taken by another server, the chef came by to apologize. My husband and mother were finished before I got my meal. We were not in a rush. The meal was excellent, just a little delayed. Took 20 minutes to get water. Server was friendly but way to busy. Took our order went over and socialize with another party. Took another order and then put our order in.
Food came pretty quickly once placed and was very good. Service was good, food was great, sadly the decorations that are usually around the restaurant were put away because of the Covid pandemic.
Already left feedback regarding our horrible service. Will never go back. Turned out to be a nice place to have lunch during the business week. Shared two appetizers and had separate salads. Wonderful food and wine Friendly server. Delicious food. Will definitely refer others. Our experience was okay; resturant is run down; nails in walls where pictures use to hang.
The building is tired. Was surprised to see waiters in jeans and not professionally dressed. Our waitress was good and experienced. She was over worked, covering most of the tables so service was not great.
My food arrived warm, not hot. Good service was the highlight. Food was mediocre at best. Ambiance was not the least bit relaxing. Waitress was so pleasant. Food was excellent and we felt very safe. Place was dead was seated still took 20 min before seing anyone then was told they didnt want to honor there special anymore we could order it all separately for way more expensive i asked why the waiter said they were out of what they put aside for the special now everything was separate even though they still had what the specials were then my girl ordered something the waitress came back amd said they just put the last one on the grill so the 20 min wait could of got my girl her salmon so mu girl ordered a stake mediam and they brought her that was so rare it could of ran away and instead of saying sorry the waiter just said ok took plate and left 15 min later came back never said sorry or anything so i eat my food cold then charged me 60 dollers for the 2 stakes i chose not to get the appetizer or dessert because it would of been well over 80 for the same thing that was on special for The service was just fine.
It was the food that was terrible. Reminded me of middle school kids trying to make Italian. The lasagna just had ricotta and noisier with sauce dumped on top. The Buffalo chicken Parmesan was just chicken doused in franks red hot. Excellent service and the food was very good. Overall great experience. We had a great experience with our reservation and our waiter was fabulous.
